Here’s a great (and fast!) recipe for soup. It’s 42 degrees here this morning so I’ve been thinking about some sausage soup and this pairs one of my favorite sausages (Italian) with some creamy white beans and some greens – very nice and rustic. This looks like it will do the trick.
